8C rolled oats
1/2 C melted butter
1/2 C melted coconut oil
1 1/2 C whole yogurt or sour raw milk
2 C water
1/2 C raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 C coconut sprinkles or freeze dried fine coconut
you can add if you want :
2 C chopped crispy nuts
1 C raisins

Mix oats and yogurt and water together in a lg bowl. Pat down, cover
with a plate and let set on kitchen counter for 1 or 2 days depending
on how sour you want it. I like somewhere in the middle. Preheat oven
to 200F. mix into oats butter, coconut oil, honey, salt and cinnamon.
Place on cookie sheets and bake for 1hour, then turn oven to 170F and
bake all day or until completely dry and crisp (alternately, put in
food dehydrator). Drizzle with honey, coconut sprinkles, crisp nuts
and/or raisins. Store in airtight container.
