Hi All,Thank You, Thank You to those of you who are volunteering at this Kids Being Healthy Expo, tomorrow (Thurs May 10) to Sat May 12 at the Baltimore Convention Center www.kidsbeinghealthyexpo.com I VERY Much appreciate your willingness, generosity and support !!!!For those of you who haven't volunteered yet, I wanted to copy you in on this email to encourage you to participate if you can, and to show you where we need help if you are available. If you volunteer, you can also attend the conference and any of the presentations for free, including the premier of the 2 Angry Moms new movie about Food in Schools (Fri nite), Richard Simmons, Antonia Demas and many others !!I have typed up our Schedule of Volunteers (so far) for our Weston A. Price Exhibit Booth. I did not enter my name under all of the time slots that I can volunteer yet and Hillary Little is not scheduled yet but she will be there for at least 1 - 2 days too !!My Goal is to have 2 people at the booth most of the time ... although I may need to leave for short periods of time to go to work (about 6 blocks away at the University of Maryland School of Nursing). We will want to have 2 people there during the 12 noon - 1:30 timeslots each day since that's when attendees will have lunch and tour the Exhibit Hall.They are expecting ~ 2000 - 2500 people to attend over the 3 days ... and Saturday may be the busiest day, since it's on the weekend.You should be able to get your badge (which will say "Staff V.I.P.") at the Expo Registration area, at the Registation Table for Exhibitors. Tell them that you are with the Weston A. Price Foundation Exhibit Booth. We are allowed to have up to 5 volunteers at one time, so there will definitely be a badge available for you.Our Exhibit Booth is: # 646Parking is available in nearby parking garages, some are more expensive than others.
