I picked up some grains from you about 6 weeks ago. I just wanted you to know that I have become a kefir expert! I am really enjoying making and using the kefir and my health has improved also. The grains grow fairly quickly and I have been able to give them away to four other people already! I recently tried making kefir with raw milk and although I didn't like the taste as much, I'm convinced it's a superfood so I think I'll keep up with it.
 
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the gift of the kefir grains. Thanks for contributing to other peoples' well-being!
