Angela, do you live in Annapolis? If so, there is a coop arrangement where
you can get raw milk, and >60 day aged raw milk cheeses. The contact info
is:
In Good Health, Inc
135 Old Solomons Island Rd
Annapolis, Md 21401 – 410-571-0109
I am trying to get some raw milk cheeses <60 days of age, and so far have
not found a live person who has made any of them...I am sure that I will
soon, though.

No, I don't know of anyone/anywhere in MD that
has/makes raw milk products. If you learn of recipes
or anyone who makes them, will you pass the word to
me? Thanks much!
