With Viagra I dissolve one 50mg in 8 oz. bottle of water and keep it available in my car so I have it whether at home or away.  If you wait to dissolve at time of need it takes a minute, maybe two, to dissolve.  I think its better to be pre-dissolved.

 

When she shows up or I show up, I drink half, 4 oz., of the mix after shaking the bottle. Seems to me it takes effect soon.  Better than swallowing pill or chewing a pill or half-pill.

 

Seems like half day later or so penis is a bit gristly but not erect.

 

I want to try Cialis after reading the reports in this list.
