My suggestion would be to start with your Doctor to make sure that it is safe for you to try and he can tell you of the possible side affects to watch for.  Mine started me with the 50mg tablet which I then split in half and the lower dose works well.

i usually get 100mg pills and cut them into 25mg pieces. i shave the pill down and put it under my tongue to dissolve it. 25mg at a time is not that bad and...
