i usually get 100mg pills and cut them into 25mg pieces. i shave the
pill down and put it under my tongue to dissolve it.
25mg at a time is not that bad and you can always put another if the
first doesn't seem to work. shaving the blue stuff off also seemed
to tone down the side effects for me.
