Morningstar makes some very good soy based meat replacements. I shop at
the Kroger in Bearden, and Morningstar products are located in the
frozen foods aisle, near the front of the store, same side as the pizza
and orange juice.
I enjoy the soy "buffalo wings", griller prime patties, chik patties,
and putting their soy "bacon" and "beef crumbles" onto a cheese pizza.
They also carry soy "sausages" and "chicken" strips.

There is also another section of soy products in the back corner of the
store, near the fruits. Not sure why they are separated. Sometimes you
can find a product called "Veat", which is a soy based meat which tastes
like chicken.
