Hello.
Congratulations on taking steps to improve your health by eliminating meat. A really fabulous alternative to turkey is Tofurky! It is available in slices for sandwiches (in regular, pepper, or smoked which is my favorite) and as a roast (frozen) with stuffing inside. Also there is something called Celebration Roast which is a grain-based meat substitute that makes a good main course for Thanksgiving. There are a few different ham-type vegetarian sandwich slices which are pretty good. I think LightLife makes one and maybe the other is Yves brand. Do you live in the Knoxville area? If so, check Earth Fare, Go Nutrition, or even Kroger for these. Thanks for contacting us!

for alternatives to ham and turkey? Also, I've been diagnosed with
gout. If you know of any veggies which would be good to combat it,
please feel free to email me. Thanks!
