There have been studies also that show that the vegetarians tend to experience lower rates and are at lower risks to develop heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other life-threatening conditions that are linked to overweight and obesity. On this point, it may seem that the vegetarians are healthier than the rest of population and particularly the meat-lover population.
