Please send this on to food growers you know in TN. It is an opportunity
to sell their food to a conference (Southern Sustainable Agriculture
Working Group) that Gordon and I attended last year and learned lots at
the many workshops. Also, consider attending, as it is close, in
Chattanooga this year (last year was Louisville, KY) in January.--Rachel

If you think you might be interested in supplying some of the vegetables
(and/or other items on the list) that we will be needing for the Taste of
Tennessee Dinner (at Southern SAWG), third week of January '09, please
see
the list and amounts needed in the attached file.

Let me know of your interest by (1) placing your name in the far left
column (of the Excel file) and (2) scroll over to the column of the
item(s)
you want to supply and put in the amount you want to supply.

Put your price in the text-part of the message back to me. Remember to
include cost of delivery to the Chattanooga Convention Center.

Hello Folks,

I just received an update from the chef at the Chattanooga Convention
Center on three items he will need for the Taste of Tennessee dinner.

Notice the changes (in the file attached): Jumbo yellow onions = 200
pounds. Kale = 12 cases (assuming approx. 24 pounds/case). Collards =
12
cases (assuming...24 pounds/case).
