We are once again welcoming back one of our favorite teachers -- Michelle Samples. Michelle graduated from UT with degrees in Microbiology, Medical Technology, and Public Health. She is a regular guest on the Style Show and has appeared on several networks countrywide. She graduated from the Kushi Institute in Boston, 1987, and has been delighting her audiences with her vast knowledge and great and simple cuisine for many years. This Sunday, Michelle will prepare two types of roll ups....a sunflower seed paste to roll up in collard greens and a quinoa wrap with veggies and pickles.
