The York County Violence Against Women Task Force is proud to present
the first annual Colonial area conference on crimes against women,
located at the beautiful Woodlands Hotel & Suites--a mere stone's throw
away from Colonial Williamsburg. The agenda for this 2-day conference
will include issues related to the prevention, investigation and
prosecution of domestic violence, stalking, non-stranger sexual assault,
and the use of technology to perpetrate crimes against women. Law
enforcement officers, victim advocates, probation and parole officers,
prosecutors, forensic nurses, counselors and school personnel are all
welcome. However, space is limited!
