To effectively meet the needs of children and youth exposed to domestic
and sexual violence it takes collaborating with our professional allies.
But, what if we don't know our allies, exactly what it is they do, or
how best to engage them?

This year's conference theme, "A Day in the Life of...: Getting to Know
Our Allies" will introduce participants to various professional allies
and provide ample opportunity to ask questions and truly discuss the
nuts-and-bolts of inclusive collaboration.

The conference is being hosted by The Child Advocacy Task Force of The
Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance.
Who should attend

Advocates and professionals who work with children are encouraged to
attend both events.

Registration
Cost: The registration fee is $50 for members of The Alliance and $80
for non-members. This fee includes lunch and all training materials.

If you would like to become a member, please visit our website -
www.vsdvalliance.org or call 804.377.0335.

Registration information for pre-conference and conference will be
available on our website www.vsdvalliance.org on January 9th 2009.
