Engaging Bystanders in Violence Against Women Prevention

Bystander approaches to preventing violence against women are
recognized as promising. With the upcoming release of the National
Sexual Violence Resource Center 's new publication "Engaging
Bystanders in Sexual Violence Prevention," this web conference will
highlight two of the most promising and well evaluated bystander
programs, Bringing in the Bystander and Mentors in Violence
Prevention. The web conference will discuss the principles behind the
programs and explore how to advance community change to promote
pro-social bystander actions to reduce violence against women.
