The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR/NSVRC) is committed to
providing technical assistance and training to anti-sexual violence
advocates and coalitions. To support and enhance the capacity of civilian
anti-sexual violence advocates working with military installations to
address sexual violence and advocate for the rights and needs of victims
living and working within those institutions and communities, PCAR/NSVRC has
developed a training curriculum and tool
kit. The curriculum and toolkit will help strengthen partnerships
between the civilian and military sectors in responding to victims of
sexual assault in the military.

A pilot training will be conducted in Washington D.C. August 19-20, 2008.
This training is open to civilian advocates; this is your opportunity to
participate in a new and exciting FREE training, network, learn, and share
ideas with other advocates who are also working with
military victims/survivors in your community. Space will be limited to
