A Call to Men: mobilizing "Well-Meaning" men to end violence against women.
A CALL TO MEN believes that ending violence against women is primarily the
responsibility of men. Although historically it has been almost entirely
women who have been at the forefront addressing this issue, we think it is
essential that men play a primary role in the solution to end this violence.
To do that, well-meaning men, men who, for the most part don't see
themselves as part of the problem...need to get involved.
If you see yourself as a well-meaning man and want to become a part of the
solution, this is your chance to learn just how to get involved and make a
difference.
This free conference is open to men and women. More information will be sent to
this list server in early July about location and registration. It will also be
available at www.menendingviolence.com
