Child Fatality Review Team Coordinator

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner seeks a qualified
professional to provide coordination and support for the State Child
Fatality Review Team. This is an opportunity to work with a
multidisciplinary team that reviews circumstances of child death and
identifies public health interventions to reduce these deaths.
Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in the following
areas: public health approaches to prevention; the theory and
practice of fatality review; group facilitation; database management
and report writing; multi-agency collaboration; project management;
strong oral and written communication skills; and the ability to work
independently while managing multiple tasks. Master's degree in
public health or social science preferred. Computer literacy using
Microsoft Office Programs and software proficiency in SPSS or its
equivalent is required. Demonstrated experience on research projects
and writing about data findings is required. A criminal background
check is also required for the position.
