The Virginia Department of Social Services has issued a Request for
Proposals (RFP), Number SVC-06-051 for Victim of Crime Act (VOCA)
Child Abuse/Neglect Treatment services to be provided by public
organizations, private non-profit agencies and/or community-based
programs, including faith-based organizations.

Funding is intended for the provision of direct service to eligible
victim groups as defined by the Statement of Needs within the Request
for Proposals.

An optional pre-proposal conference will be held February 27, 2006
from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Forest Office Park, Wythe Building,
2nd Floor, 1604 Santa Rosa Road, Richmond, VA 23229.

Sealed proposals are due to the Virginia Department of Social
Services by March 20, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.
