Loudoun Citizens for Social Justice/The Loudoun Abused Women's
Shelter (LAWS) has a staff opening for the position of Director of
Sexual Assault Services. This is a full time position with excellent
benefits. LAWS is seeking an individual with experience working both
with victims of sexual assault and with the community to develop
services for victims. Loudoun County has an active Coordinating
Council and a number of initiatives are underway to address
incidences of sexual violence in the County.

LCSJ/LAWS is a non-profit agency dedicated to serving victims of
domestic and sexual violence and addressing issues of social
injustice in our community. As an agency we strive to emphasize
group process in decision making and shared responsibility and
accountability as an alternative to a hierarchical model. Training
and on-going professional development is stressed and flexible work
schedules are allowed to accommodate personal and professional growth.
