Program Support Technician for Rape Prevention and Education (FHX09)
Seeking knowledgeable, organized, professional individual to provide program
support to the Rape Prevention and Education team at the Center for Injury
and Violence Prevention at the Virginia Department of Health. This
individual will provide specific clerical and program support to three
program managers, maintain filing systems, communicate with internal and
external customers, maintain databases and manage specific projects.
Considerable knowledge of general office management required. Demonstrated
abilities and experience in setting up and maintaining filing systems,
managing projects with many associated tasks, coordinating meeting and
conferences, performing high-quality customer service. Prefer working
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent oral and written skills.
Ability to act independently and manage multiple tasks. Criminal background
check is required. Salary range hourly: $10.67 - $17.07. This wage position
has no benefits and is limited to 1500 hours per year. Interested candidates
