Pay Range: $37,869.00 - $52,000.00
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner seeks a qualified professional for
a full-time grant-funded position, to provide coordination and oversight of
data collection and analysis for the National Violent Death Reporting
System. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in the following
areas: program implementation; data collection and quality assurance;
training and supervision on data entry; quantitative data analysis; database
management and report writing; project management; effective oral and
written communication skills; public health approaches to injury control and
prevention; and the ability to work independently while managing multiple
tasks. Computer literacy using Microsoft Office Programs and software
proficiency in SPSS or its equivalent is required. Travel to district
offices statewide is also required. Master's degree in public health,
epidemiology or social science preferred. A criminal background check is
required for the position. EOE.
