The next quarterly meeting of the Virginia Coalition Against Campus Sexual
Assault (VCACSA) will be at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg
on Wednesday, August 17, from 11 am until approximately 2 pm. The location will
be the Red Room in the Woodard Campus Center. The following link will give you

Woodard is building 30 on the map. We will be meeting in the Red Room, which is
on the upper level of Woodard. Parking will be in the Monroe South lot. On the
campus map, this is the little lot to the right of building 27 (Monroe Hall). It
is designated as Parking Lot 16. To access that lot, you will need to come
though the back gates (off Sunken Rd.) not through the front dates (College
Ave). From there, it is a very short walk to the meeting room.

Agenda topics will include the following:

Review of May conference in VA Beach
Discussion of possible retreat for members
Alliance campus poster campaign
Alliance update of newly enacted laws
SANE on campuses
Campus Security Act/Clery Act update
DFSA/Alcohol incident response

Jennifer Woolley of the Alliance will be providing
an update on the new laws and discuss the status of VAWA and its
importance to campus sexual assault providers.

Food: Please contact me to send a menu from Old Towne Wine and Cheese. They did
our sandwiches last year and they were good. Please look the menus over and
write back to me (rtuttle@...) to tell me what you would like. (Please
respond by 10 am on August 16.) I will provide sodas and snacky things (cookies,
etc.).
