Duties include: public relations, fund development, grant writing, long-range planning, personnel supervision, budget monitoring, administration, public awareness and speaking. Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, 3 years exp. in development, financial management/grant writing, personnel/program supervision and knowledge of domestic violence and sexual violence issues.
