Clinical Services Director

Rappahannock Council Against Sexual Assault

Fredericksburg, VA

 

Description

Coordinates/provides direct services to survivors of sexual assault and their significant others. Counseling service goals are to: facilitate recovery, empower survivors, and advocate on their behalf. Provides client services program coordination. Provides clinical direction to agency volunteers and staff direct service providers regarding client issues. Shares 24-hour on-call duties with other staff on a rotating basis.

 

Requirements

Master’s degree and two years experience in social work, counseling, psychology or any directly related field. Licensed practitioner (license eligible considered). At least one year experience working with sexual assault or abuse issues. Prior experience in training and supervision. Commitment to assisting crime victims. Strong organizational, management and communication skills.

 

Compensation

Full time. Salary plus some benefits.
