Direct services provided to adult survivors of sexual
assault and prevention and programming with teens and
young adults within a non-profit sexual assault and
domestic violence center in Hanover. Coordination with
educators, prevention workers, and community service
professionals in Hanover. Experience working with
youth, experience working with groups, knowledge of
sexual violence dynamics preferred. BA or BS or a
combination of undergraduate coursework and related
work experience is required. Some evening and weekend
work required. Criminal background check and drivers

Court Advocate

FT salaried position with benefits

Advocates for domestic & sexual violence victims in
Hanover County Court system through non-profit crisis
center. Assists victims with protective orders, civil
and criminal relief. Works with court personnel, law
enforcement, and a team of allied professionals. Helps
survivors navigate services across many systems.
Bachelor_s degree or a combination of related
experience and undergraduate coursework required.
Knowledge of dv & sa preferred. Bilingual with Spanish
is a plus. Some evening and weekend work required.
