FT salaried position with benefits
$31,000-33,000 depending on experience

Will assist the Executive Director to manage the volunteer program
and supervise staff. Will develop and maintain a volunteer program
for a domestic violence and sexual assault center in Hanover (20
miles North of downtown Richmond). Responsible for supervising
services, shelter, and prevention programs staff. Bachelor's degree,
staff supervision and volunteer program management experience
required. Master's degree preferred. Knowledge of domestic violence
and sexual violence issues preferred. Some evening and weekend work
required. Criminal background check and driver's license.
