The Family and Children's Trust Fund has issued an RFP, FACT -04-114,
soliciting proposals from private non-profit and community-based
organizations to deliver family violence prevention, treatment and/or public
awareness services.

You can access the RFP and its attachments at the following website,

and RFPS.

Proposals are due AUGUST 21, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the address below.

A pre-proposal conference will be held July 30, 2003 at 10:00 AM at the
address below.

The Family and Children's Trust Fund has also issued Requests for Proposals
for Technology (FCT -04-116) and Community Collaboration Services
