Residential Services Manager:

A non-profit organization focusing on assisting victims of domestic violence
and sexual assault has an opening in July 2003 for a Residential Services
Manager. This position is an integral part of our management team and is
responsible for the oversight of the emergency shelter, transitional housing
and childcare program, to include direct supervision of the transitional
housing coordinator, emergency shelter supervisor and supervisor of children
's services. Service management includes but is not limited to developing
services to meet the needs of the program and the clients.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree in human services
and five years experience in a related field. Knowledge of domestic
violence, sexual assault and homeless issues will be a plus for the
candidate.
