invited to EMPOWER: a conference for Virginia Middle & High School Students
on teen dating violence and sexual assault. This free conference is planned
and presented by Virginia youth with guidance from the Teen Dating Violence
Prevention Alliance. The conference will be June 27-28, 2003 in Sterling,
