ABC Education & the Virginia College Alcohol Leadership Council (VA CALC) are
looking for proposals for our 18th Annual College Conference,
"The Reality of Change: Finding Common Ground".
The annual college conference will be held October 24-25, 2003 in Chesapeake,
Virginia.
CALL FOR PROGRAM CONCEPTS
Virginia ABC Education and VA CALC thought you might be interested in submitting
a proposal on one of the attached topics (see attachment).
Conference schedule space is limited; unfortunately not all proposals that are
submitted will be chosen. The committee will be picking those that fit the
program focus areas of this year's conference, also attached.
Deadline for Concept Proposal Submission:
Monday, March 31, 2003!
BONUS!
If you presenting a session and are attending the ENTIRE conference, your
registration fee is lowered to $25 per person. (Registration fees for
Professionals this year is $35). If you are presenting & are only attending
while you present, there is no registration fee.

This is a call for program concepts for ABC’s 2003 College Conference. The
purpose of this “call for concepts” is to solicit potential programs, research,
etc. focusing on the topic of alcohol prevention and related issues. We know
time constraints may limit your ability to provide a detailed proposal; that is
why we are interested in a brief program description. Please complete this
form, keeping in mind that content is more important than final details. If
your program is selected for the College Conference, you will be contacted to
furnish more information.
