The University of Virginia is hosting a conference entitled 'Suicide,
Violence and Disruptive Behavior on University Campuses: Clinical, Legal
and Administrative Issues' on June 12-13, 2003. Colleges and universities
across the country are grappling with the challenge of managing increasing
numbers of students with serious psychological difficulties. This
conference is designed to provide an in-depth exploration of the phenomenon
of students with increasingly severe mental health concerns from the
