About Our Keynote Speaker . . .
Mark Wynn is a 20-year member and retired
Lieutenant of the Metropolitan Police Department
in Nashville Tennessee. In 1995, the International
Association of Chiefs of Police and Parade Magazine
named Lt. Wynn one of the top ten police
officers in the United States. He has been the
recipient of 121 commendations and 51 awards
and certificates including the National
Improvement of Justice Award.
In addition to acting as a training consultant to a
number of agencies and organizations including
the National Training Center on Domestic and
Sexual Violence and the Center for Crime and
Justice Policy, Lt. Wynn has been qualified as a
family violence expert in state and federal courts.
Lt. Wynn has testified before Congress on domestic
violence as an issue of public health and on the
impact of mandatory arrest policies. In 1995, he
was invited to the White House by President
Clinton to deliver a speech on domestic violence
prevention strategies.

The registration fee for this training event is $60 if
paid before 3/7/03 and $75 thereafter. Breakfast,
lunch, breaks, and conference materials are included.
