Having problems with message search?
Hi,
I am Judy and I live in RI. While I am new to this group, I am not new to having UTI's! I seemed to be plagued by them....
I have gotten together a routne which seems to stave them off:
Lots of water
loose clothing
Cranberry juice and pills with "Pro-biotics"
and over the counter UTI remedies
vitamin C
Before I came to this regimen, I would get them once every month or two. Have just finished Bactrim for my latest, I was wondering if there is any herbal product which is good. I also read that a suppository is being developed which should help in prevention.
Any info on these would be greatly appreciated!
