I am sorry I cannot help you as I don't know anything about your son's syndromes. Have you searched the internet to see if there are any support groups for his particular problems. Most syndromes seem to have a support group these days, but sometimes they are hard to track down.
It must be such a worry for you because of the possible outcome, and I know that any support you can find will help you. Good luck in your search, but you are of course still welcome to post on here, whether or not you find support elsewhere.
