This group was set up to allow people suffering with Ulcerative Colitis, Megacolon and FAP, and are considering, or have had Pouch Surgery, to get and provide support and advice to each other. Anyone can post messages, All discussions concerning these illnesses and surgery are welcome. J Pouch surgery is something that I found frightening when I had to consider it, and now I realise that I needn't have worried. I created this group in 2000, hoping to help someone through a difficult decision making process. I am so pleased that it worked out well but it is our members who make it so. Thank you!
