I really sympathize and am sorry for all you are going through. I am going
through some complications myself. I have celiac disease and microscopic
colitis. My doctor has me on prednisone, entocort and imuran, and I am tired of
taking all these pills and their nasty side effects. I recently read the book
"Breaking the Vicious Cycle." It recommends the "Specific Carbohydrate Diet"
which is no grains, lactose or sugar. I am going to try it for myself. Here is

for you to consider? I hate the thought of more dietary restrictions, but I
just ordered some cookbooks from Amazon and the user reviews really encouraged
me.
