I attended this seminar last year because it was held in Las Colinas
Texas. It was GREAT and focused on the medical aspect and symptoms of
Celiac disease. I learned soooo much and found out that there are more
GF baking products out there than I could count! This year it will be
in Seattle Washington. I won't be able to go but, here is the site if

nice people last year.
Two other seminars will be held at two different culinary schools! One
in Denver Colorado and the other in Hyde Park, New York (S.E. corner of
New York state) Both seminars will focus on the same subjects but, they
will be held twice in two locations. October and September 2009.
