My test came back negative also as did the wheat allergy but that didn't stop the gushing diarreah.  Not eating gluten did. 

 

Dr. Fine and some others are pretty confident that Celiac is a 'continuum' disease, meaning the tests don't come back positive until you're really far gone.  I tend to agree given my experience. 

 

In any event, try allergy testing.  Check out Dr. Fine at: 

https://www.enterolab.com/Home.htm.  He's developed a different test.  I can't speak for it because my gastroenterologist agreed (after I had an accident in his office) that I need to stay far far away from gluten and casein.....
