American food exporters who export to Australia, sometimes have to put a new "Ingredients List" on a sticker to comply with clause 4 of FSANZ 1.2.3
I do not know why the USA law was not drafted in these terms.

Hi, I'm new here... :-)
...Hopefully General Mills and other companies will at some point decide that it's profitable
to clearly label all gluten-containing ingredients and potential contaminants. I wonder
how much money is really lost by all the Celiacs unnecessarily avoiding everything that
contains "natural flavors" or "emulsifier" in them, just because manufacturers aren't good
at specifying things?********************* ********* ******* totally agree with that statement! everytime i call companies now i express that the celiac comunity it huge and that when we find gluten free products we tell hundreds of people. and that many products are unneceassarily avoided by us because of gluten concerns. also tell the representative that it would help their company make money and help us buy things we really like instead of settling for overpriced less tasty stuff at times if their labels were labeled gluten free when the product is infact gluten free.lw
