The Coeliac Society in Australia, together with the food manufacturer, Cerebos, has a big push on to get all caterers, clubs, and hotels etc. to go gluten

Hi Keith,   The food laws here cover both Australia and New Zealand.  The Law in Australia is Federal Law, but it is each individual State that polices it.

I would be interested to know to what level the food was contaminated. The cross contamination rules were obviously not adhered to so owner is justly at fault.
