UPBEAT is a recently formed organisation/support network for people and their supporters affected by early onset parkinson's disease. It is a branch of the Parkinson's society of New Zealand. UPBEAT stands for Understanding Parkinson's, Belief in Education,Attitude & Treatment, which this site hopes to promote. Events, meetings, questions, answers & new research can be posted on this egroup. The site will be private, unlisted in the egroup directory. It will also have a moderator who oversees membership.
