I haven't used chocolate chips, but I have used cocoa powder in lip balm... and also a bit of peppermint EO. It lasts a very long time... and is very good...

Ok, That batch is in the garbage!! To much caster oil in that one. My main recipe uses caster oil at 20% of total oils. 33% is way to much in the stink...
