I need help. First, do I mix up my batch and add scent at trace before color? What if my trace give me less than 2 minutes to pour?

Will my oxides mix into soap mix or do I need to mix color with some oil first??
Hey Kim,
Depending on how you swirl of course, but wouldn't you have to add scent first, then color to pour and swirl?  If you are swirling in the pan, I would still add the scent first, then color.  Try mixing some of your scent with warm oil (the same temp as your soap- actually use the soaps oils before adding lye-before swirling, and that might help from tracing as quickly.  Also, I mix color with warm oils too-again using the soap oils before adding lye.

I hope this helps you!
