Hey Kim, thanks. No, it feels like the flu but I don't think it is.
Thursday night I slipped and fell on my back, arching backward, and it
seems as if I strained/sprained everything in my body. Have had stomach
cramps and aches and pains all over, including a headache. This getting
old stuff really sucks. Today I'm finally feeling better and am up and
about again. Hope all is going well with you and everyone.
