Hi, I'll publish a recipe for GF TACO's when I have time to test it.
I have a latin american friend who's promised to make em just like
his mum. They really should be GF by definition since they're
traditionally made with corn flour (but as we all know that doesn't
mean anything if you buy them in a commercial packet that doesn't say)

The downside is you really need a taco making pan ... like a big flat
heavy frying pan with no sides. Plenty of use for Avacado here and
if you can eat sour cream (yum). My problem is I love Mexican food
but its governed by the way they sell avocado's in supermarkets. You
have to buy them like a rock (usually) and then let em ripen on their
own.
