I would only consider using a double breadmaker for gf and wheat
bread if it had separate lids for each compartment. Otherwise it
would be easy for wheat flour to spill into the gluten free loaf.

I seem to remember that the official advice on sharing bread machines
is to at the very least have 2 paddles (one for gf and one for wheat)
and ideally have 2 buckets.

PS I agreed to sell my bread machine today because I've never got on
with it! The only gf bread I can make is the DS Quick Fix stuff.
