As you know, sometimes people with diabetes can lose their site later
on inn life. However, I was born totally blind and developed diabetes
later on in life. I would like to invite you to join my list, if you
are losing your sight, if you were born blind, or just visually
impaired. This is a list for type 1 and type 2 diabetics. Even if
you are just interested in the group, you are welcome. We can use the
support where ever we can get it. This is the first group I've ever
tried to moderate, so please be patient with me. Please post this to
any health/diabetes support groups you are on that I might have
missed. Thanks for listening.
And now, here is the subscription information.
The blind-diabetic list is for those of us who are blind or visually
impaired people to find support in exercising, dieting (or some people
call it a change of lifestyle), keeping their sugar down, being
overweight, benging, overeating and problems with obesity.
We can discuss different food plans, such as weightwatchers, low-carb,
TOPS which stands for Take Off Pounds Sinsibly. Even if you just want
to lose weight, and are not a diabetic, you are welcome. I will be
posting some articals that I retrieve from other lists sometimes.
