Hi,

I hope someone here can clarify a few things for me...

I have been taking Charantia - a Bitter Melon tea(Momordica
charantia Linn) my friends recommended and am happy to say that my
blood sugar is down, weight is (going) down and i'm feeling much
better, generally. I have been drinking the stuff regularly (like
water, actually) for about a month now and have no complaints. Has
anyone tried the same thing? I did some research on the internet
before and found quite a number of similar products available in
capsules and other forms. Many contain other herbs as well.

Anyway, how do we know how much of an ingredient will be enough to
benefit from taking it? Some capsules have several different
ingredients. That can't be much of each herb... Also, different
makers recommend different dosages, so confusing. And are herbal
extracts just as good/better/worse than the whole herb?

Though i've found something that seems to work very well for me, I
am still interested in learning more. There seems to be so many
products saying so many conflicting things that if we're not
careful, we could be ripped off and lose our health as well.

Have a great day!

d
