i am new here.
type 2
was diagnosed type 2 1.5 years ago with levels of 300
now i am level of 87
i have lost 65 lbs-i got a diet secret too!(this one is the reverse-if it
doesnot work for you-i pay you instead)
i make my own soups-lentils/split pease/add every vege on the planet except
potatoes-little qties.no oils. no snacking in between meals.
i eat 6 meals a day.not 3 times
i walk 3 miles daily
i have lost 65 lbs this way-i am no longer on medications-my complications from
blood sugars have all gone.
any one wants my support of personal help via email is welcome.
